In Asana, can create multiple sections in listview and by using rules trigger, we can for example move a task from Section A to Section B automatically when a specific custom field is set to a specific value.

Need the option to take notes irrespective of the project and specific to the project. changes are there we might want to take notes for the project, meet mom and something like that. If we have that feature on it would be even better

Currently, when creating a Space, you're required to select a status template that applies to the entire Space. However, I think it would be more flexible if you could choose status templates at the project level instead. I typically use each Space as a customer folder, and within that Space, I create separate projects for different services I'm providing (e.g., web design, SEO). These projects often have different workflows, so I need different sets of statuses for each one. Right now, because the status template is tied to the Space, all projects are forced to use the same set of statuses, which doesn't work well for my use case.

Ability to add logo and brand colors

Checklist are useful and usually are arranged in order, now you should delete and entry all the list again if you want to change the order. It would be useful to just be able reorder by drag & drop.

I would like the ability to control which statuses guests can create tasks and subtasks in, based on what they’re allowed to see. This would ideally be managed through custom roles and permissions. For example, I have the following statuses in my workflow: TicketsTo DoSEO TasksWeb Design TasksFor Review I want to hide the “SEO Tasks” and “Web Design Tasks” statuses from clients (guests), so they only see: Tickets To DoFor Review Additionally, I’d like to ensure that guests can only create tasks and subtasks within these visible statuses. They should not be able to create tasks in any status they don’t have access to. This feature would make it easier to maintain a clean and focused view for clients while keeping internal workflows private.

Projects don’t end when the tasks are checked off. They evolve into ongoing operations. Currently, Astravue enables us to plan, track, and execute projects effectively. But once a project is complete, many of us need to continue managing the day-to-day work that follows, whether it’s maintenance, support, or ongoing deliverables. This would allow teams to smoothly transition from project to ongoing work without leaving Astravue. It maintains context, reduces tool switching, and extends the platform's value beyond just project management. You might: Add a "Convert to Operational" button at project closure. Use different views (e.g., project timeline vs. operational dashboard). Introduce modules or tabs for “Projects” and “Operations” with overlapping capabilities. This small addition could make a big impact in how we manage real-world workflows and make Astravue an all in app.
