Consolidated Release Notes – Enhancements & Bug Fixes - Dec 16th,2025

Over the last month, we have been continuously improving Astravue with weekly fixes and enhancements. This release consolidates those updates into a single, stable rollout focused on performance, usability, reliability, and future readiness.

✨ Enhancements

1. Organization & Space Customization

  • Organization Rename – Easily update your organization name.
  • Organization Profile Icon – Add visual identity at the org level.
  • Space Icon Customization – Customize space icons for better recognition across the app.
  • Space icons are now visible during new task creation.

These updates mark the first step toward white-labeling capabilities in Astravue.

2. Tag Management Improvements

  • Improved tag creation, search, and management.
  • Resolved issues with tag creation and lookup in Accounts and Customers.
  • Enhanced reliability of global tag usage across modules.

3. Amazon S3 Attachments

  • Attachments are now stored on Amazon AWS S3 for better scalability and reliability.
  • Improved upload performance and stability.
  • Upload progress indicators fixed.
  • File visibility and deletion behavior corrected across task and project views.

4. Project & List Performance

  • Project Pagination added for faster loading and smoother navigation.
  • Improved project list and detailed view loading states.
  • Default project filters optimized to prevent empty or broken views after refresh.

5. Notifications & Reminders

  • “Mark all as unread” optimized for bulk processing.
  • Notification reminders now support bulk read operations.
  • Reminder-related UI issues resolved.

6. Time Tracking & Timers

  • Time tracking optimized for better performance.
  • Running timers are now consistently visible and updated in task detailed views.
  • Global timer and quick timer now auto-update without requiring page refresh.
  • Search added within task timers.

Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements

Tasks & Views

  • Fixed blank screens after task deletion or reminder cancellation.
  • Resolved task name overflow and UI overlap issues.
  • Fixed task description image alignment issues.
  • Corrected subtask comment redirection behavior.
  • Ensured due dates are consistently visible in Kanban view.
  • Fixed task movement issues between projects, including recurring tasks.

Calendar & Filters

  • Fixed Global Calendar filter issues.
  • Task progress drag updates in calendar now reflect immediately.
  • “This Week” and “Upcoming” filters now function consistently across Home, Space, and Project dashboards.

Search & Navigation

  • Fixed global search results not appearing under “All” and “Attachments”.
  • Resolved blank screens when using “See all” in global search.
  • Improved navigation stability after task and project actions.

Projects & Spaces

  • Fixed project list not loading and incorrect dashboard views.
  • Resolved project name loading issues across list and Kanban views.
  • Fixed issues caused by hidden spaces resulting in undefined UI states.

Comments & Collaboration

  • Fixed comment text disappearing when clicking outside the editor.
  • Improved real-time sync through WebSocket corrections.

UI & Performance

  • Resolved multiple loading state issues across task, project, and space views.
  • Fixed status badge rendering and status distribution issues.
  • Improved upload UI consistency after file uploads.
  • Addressed slowness in file uploads and background processing.
